GREEN CHILIES ENCHILADAS

Ingredients 

1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup green enchilada sauce
1 can green chilies
1/4 sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice
6 ripe olives, sliced
9 corn tortillas

For Top
 

1/2 cup of cheese of your choice

3/4 cup green enchilada sauce

Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
Heat corn tortillas in microwave three at at atime until warm
Place about 3 tablespoons of mixture on edge of tortilla and roll up and place in baking dish.
After all nine are in dish sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over top and then pour the 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce evenly over all.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
